After working as a social worker for 20 years before turning my interior design passion into a career, I know what it means to care about my clients. I have been so lucky to have Stefanie and Lilyrose Homes design two spaces for me. The first is my adult special needs son's room-he desperately needed an adult update and we wanted a room that would serve him for many years, a sort of "apartment" within our home so that he could enjoy as much independence as possible. She knocked it out of the park! She took into account a weird ceiling and all of the things he loves (swings, guitars, hats, and the Philadelphia Eagles - go birds!) in such a tasteful way! The second space is our sunroom which leads out to the pool. The sunroom is also our laundry room, but we wanted it to be beautiful and functional enough to serve as an entertaining location for outdoor events. It is now my favorite place in the house. All the attention to detail and custom work (live edge wood folding table & custom towel hanger) have transformed the space. If you want to create spaces you love call Stefanie!!
We wanted our family room and first floor to feel welcoming and Stef absolutely knocked it out of the park! She worked with some existing pieces we had and added a hefty dose of style and it is now a room that makes me smile everyday. My kids now gather to watch movies together in this room!
Working with Stef is fun and easy and she provides a great mix of higher end pieces and cost effective decorative accents to select from. Her eye for combining pieces is superb and she is so worth it! What she was able to accomplish would have taken me years and never would have been half as amazing!
